1. Exchange Policy

Eligible Products for Exchange

We accept exchange requests for eligible products within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

Products must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and invoice must be retained
Exchange requests must be approved before returning the item
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue:

A replacement product, OR
Store credit / coupon code equivalent to the product value

Store credits can be used for future purchases.

To proceed with the exchange the product (earrings or necklace)it need to be send to the following address within 2 days. Ensure the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice. shipping to be borne by client from both side,

2. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items
Discounted products
Clearance products
Handmade/customized products
International orders
Products purchased during promotional offers

Examples include:

Combo offers
Festival sale items
Clearance jewellery
Discounted sarees or kurtis

Important:

No refund, return, or exchange is applicable on sale or discounted products unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

We take utmost care in quality checking and packaging. However, if you receive:

A damaged item
A defective product
A wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Clear unboxing video
Product photos

Once verified, we will arrange:

A replacement product, OR
Store credit/refund as applicable

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

4. Return Policy

Non-Damaged Returns

If you wish to return a non-damaged eligible product:

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
The product must be returned within 2 working days after approval to Charulata Foundation, 16/3C, Devaloke Decasa, Narendrapur, Near Netaji Sporting Complex, Kolkata-700103
The item must be unused and in original packaging

After inspection, the refund will be issued in the form of:

Store credit
Discount coupon
Gift voucher

We currently do not provide cash refunds for non-damaged returns.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled:

Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Charulata Clothing & Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Payment verification issues
Incorrect pricing
Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Handmade jewellery may have slight irregularities which are part of the handcrafted process and not defects
Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
Shipping charges are non-refundable
International shipping (if applicable in future) may not qualify for returns or exchanges
