Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 5–7 working days
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to:

- Weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Courier partner delays
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Charges (India)
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged on orders below ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged on orders below ₹499
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Currently, we are not offering international shipping due to shipping compliance and operational limitations.
If any international order is mistakenly placed because of technical issues, Charulata Clothing & Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel.

Order Cancellation Policy
Charulata Clothing & Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
